By accessing or using the DMH Tech Solutions website (https://www.dmhtech.com.ng) and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our website.
DMH Tech Solutions provides web design, web development, UI/UX design, image editing, video editing and related digital services. All service engagements are governed by individual project agreements or proposals agreed upon in writing.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and code — is the property of DMH Tech Solutions and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the final deliverables. DMH Tech Solutions retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before project commencement. The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final files or website access are transferred. Delayed payments may result in project suspension.
Each project includes a set number of revisions as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free or entirely secure.
DMH Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
